Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

– Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and quality control. 

– Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, providing support and training as needed. 

– Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally. 

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high standards. 

– Assist in inventory and stock management to maintain product availability. 

– Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for both staff and customers. 

Requirements: 

– Strong organizational and leadership skills. 

– Excellent customer service skills and a positive, approachable demeanor. 

– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure. 

– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
